Nook support
Your day, your people, a little more together.
Nook is a calm family planner for iPhone and iPad. It brings calendars, tasks, routines, meals and groceries into one Today screen, shows who is handling what, and has an assistant (Claude) that proposes changes you approve and can undo. It works for one person, a couple or a whole household, and keeps private things private on a shared iPad.

Short guides to every part of Nook are on How to use Nook.
Or email support@createnook.app. Say which device you use and what you expected to happen; a screenshot helps. A person reads every message.
Using the TestFlight beta?
Thank you. Take a screenshot in Nook and tap Share Beta Feedback, or open the TestFlight app, choose Nook and tap Send Beta Feedback. Crashes you agree to share reach us the same way. Beta builds expire after 90 days; TestFlight offers the next one.
If something's off
- The assistant says "Sign in to Nook"
- Go to Household › Account and tap Continue with Apple.
- Sync says "Sign in to iCloud"
- Sign in to iCloud in your iPhone's or iPad's Settings app.
- "Nook couldn't plan" with a model API error
- The assistant's service was busy, and the proxy already tried twice. Tap Try again in a minute. The plan that was showing stays.
- A change Nook made isn't right
- Tap Undo on the card or the toast, or use the undo arrow in the toolbar.
- A family member's phone shows an empty planner after joining
- Pull down on Today, or go to Household › Family sharing › Sync now. Joining can take a minute on a slow connection.
- The invitation link opens a web page instead of Nook
- Copy the link, open Nook, and paste it on the Join your household screen (Household › Family sharing › Join someone's household).
- You've used this month's free assistant requests
- Without Nook Plus, a household has 15 assistant requests a month; they reset on the 1st. Everything else keeps working by hand. Nook Plus has no limit, apart from a fair-use slowdown for very heavy use that Nook explains when it happens. There is also a daily safety limit per person, which resets at midnight UTC.
- Start over on this device
- Household › Account › Erase this device and start over removes Nook from the device and returns to setup. (Sign out only signs out of the assistant and keeps your plans.) Export first from Household › Sync & data if you want a copy.
Nook Plus subscriptions
- Cancel: on your iPhone or iPad, Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Nook, or Manage subscription in Household › Nook Plus. Plus stays until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing in Nook is deleted when it ends.
- Refunds are Apple's: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com, or with Request a refund in Household › Nook Plus.
- Plus missing on a device: Household › Nook Plus › Restore purchases. Everyone in the household gets Plus from one subscription, so only the person who subscribed needs to do this.
Leave a household or erase your data
- Leave a household you joined: Household › Family sharing › Leave this household. Your copy stays on the device. If you set the household up, Stop syncing on this device does the same for you.
- Delete your data: Household › Sync & data › Delete my data. Shared items stay for the rest of the household; if you are the only member, everything goes.
- Erase this device: Household › Account › Erase this device and start over.
- Remove Nook's data from iCloud: Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage (or Storage) › Nook, then delete its data.
- Stop forwarded email: turn forwarding off in Household › Assistant & privacy; the address stops working and waiting mail is deleted.
