Nook is free. Nook Plus is for families who want the assistant without limits.

The whole planner stays free for as long as you use it: the calendar, tasks, routines, the kitchen and sharing with your family. Plus covers the part that costs us money each time it runs, which is Claude answering your requests.

Plus has a fair-use limit set far above what a busy family uses. If a household ever reaches it, the assistant slows to a few requests an hour until the 1st of the month, and Nook says so.

One subscription, the whole household

One person subscribes, and everyone in your Nook household has Plus on their own iPhone or iPad, whatever Apple ID each of them uses. Children have it too, and never see an offer to buy. Adding people is always free: a household holds up to 4 people without Plus and up to 8 with it.

Nook Plus also works with Apple Family Sharing, so someone in your Apple family who installs Nook has it straight away.

When it ends

Nothing is deleted or locked. Your plans, recipes, what Nook remembers and the mail you forwarded all stay.

The assistant goes back to 15 free requests a month for the household, and the forwarding address pauses until Plus is back.

Cancel any time in Settings

Subscriptions are Apple's, so you cancel in your iPhone's or iPad's Settings, under your name and then Subscriptions. Receipts come from Apple by email, and Apple handles refunds. Nook never asks for a card.

In Nook, Household › Nook Plus has Manage subscription, Restore purchases and Request a refund.
